Public Agency Contracts

Public Agency Contracts

At Great Floors we hold several different types of service contracts, and we provide these services to government and other public sector clients as well as private end users. We will work with you to decide which products will meet your standards and guidelines for your agency or company, and because we are an independent dealer we will always give you an unbiased opinion. Using a public or private service contract guarantees you will always receive accurate and competitive pricing, consistent service, quality installation and most importantly ... the ease of purchasing the products you desire when you need them.

KCDA's mission is to provide its members with centralized procurement services that will save time and money while satisfying all bid law requirements.

Contracts are awarded through a competitive sealed bid process.

University of Washington

The University has contracts for many goods and services for use by the campus as a whole. For example, all of the catalogs are based on contracts negotiated by Purchasing. Generally, contracts are set up for several years, with options to extend for additional time periods.

Contracts contain terms and conditions- such as warranties and insurance- that protect the University.

Since its inception, the WIPHE process has been utilized by institutions of education to save time by reducing overlapping efforts, and maximized the value of taxpayer dollars by leveraging the buying power of multiple institutions to obtain group buying discounts and promotional savings. The WIPHE process is a highly successful collaboration among the two and four-year public institutions of higher education.
